Ok, so I am trying to compile a list of home rental agencies to send to a client who has a rental property they want to have managed.

Who have you dealt with? What was your experience?

I used to rent from Becklee Real Estate. They were usually okay, but sometimes I had to call multiple times to get things fixed. When they did come out, things were fixed very quickly though.

when I was at Lake Park, I rented from Wilson Property Management, their office is located on Avent Ferry at Avery Close I believe. I'm sure they manage properties other than apts.

She actually has a few properties.

I generally reccomend my own company, but she doens't like them, therefore I need opinions from other places.
