Where do you buy those fish in the planters? I want one of the ones with flowers ontop of the fish. I cannot find them anywhere. I need to have one sent to a colleague. 1/14/2007 12:44:59 AM |

make sure they know you have to feed the betta and still change the water. also don't put in direct sunlight as it tends to heat the water too much. you can just put one together for cheap as dirt 1/14/2007 1:02:33 AM |

I always made them.
You just buy a peace lilly, vase, plastic tray, colored glass, and fish. Sometimes you can buy the set up minus the flowers and the fish in places like AC More/Michaels, but I haven't seen anywhere sell the whole get up already made since back when they were the fad. 1/14/2007 1:05:05 AM |

Oh no. Whoever thought of these things must have been crazy. Fish Pros has these things, and only from there should you get one, since these people will probably actually tell you how to properly care for it. Its probably best just to get your colleague a plant without a fish, unless you know for sure this person will care for it. But if you follow what the first person here said, you should be okay. 1/14/2007 9:17:57 PM |
