^most likely current head coach/running backs coach Jim Skipper or current quarterbacks coach Mike McCoy.

although, they did recently interview a cincy assistant (QB coach ?), and Jim Fassel is an outside chance (hope to god we don't get him).

jim fassel is so damn overrated, media won't shut up about him when he hasn't done shit except get blown out in the Super Bowl. getting murdered in the big game is only impressive when you do it 4 times in a row(see Levy, Marv).

I remember in particular how the announcers kept fondling his testicles during the Panthers season finale against the Giants in 2003 while we were massacring the G-men.
