My laptop hard drive just recently died on me and I just got it replaced and working again but now I have lost Microsoft Office, and of course I can't find my installation CD since its been such a long time since I first used it.

So can anyone help me out if they still have their installation CD/access code or have the program burned on a CD or something...pleaseeeeee!!

If you don't have the original CD-Key that came with your CD, then we won't be able to help you out. The physical CD is easily replaceable, that CD-key is not. If you can't find the CD-Key, pay the $59 at the NCSU bookstore for a new copy or find a friend who has it / can hook you up.

Open office is fine. It's not as cleanly organized as the MS office apps, but it's free, does more than enough for writing papers and doing basic spreadsheet tasks, and its presentation program seems to transition from Powerpoint 2003 and 2007 better than either microsoft program.
