Yeah if you live in Charlotte, Shooter's is the sports bar for you

If you want to drive 30-40 minutes to Monroe

kristophers is good if you're anywhere nearby

i will warn you that picasso's is the local tarhole fanclub meeting house, so be cautious of when you try to go. if the holes are playin at the same time you won't be able to get a tv switched to the state game

Kristopher's, Kristopher's, Kristopher's!!!

Been going there since middle school and ditching school since i was old enough to get down there and watch March Madness in high school, and they've never failed me yet as a State fan, they have 30something tvs anyway, and it still has a nice, old-school (read: not giant oversized sports bar/grill/restaurant designed to put the max number of asses in the seats) atmosphere - i'm there a bunch whenever i'm at home

in short, it's one of my favorite places in the world - but i, of course, am biased

quaker steak has some big tvs but that place kind of sucks

or you could go down park towards downtown and go to stool pigeons (church&6th) or cans (graham&5th)

Angry Ale's on Montford has a decent number of TVs but isnt really a sports bar

Let's See Picasso's is ok but is a Tarhole bar and they get obnoxious. Kristopher's is great I go there on Sunday's for NFL action. I goto Coach's in Pineville a good bit, but if you want sound you should go somewhere else. Basketball they have a big contingent of Syracuse and Kentucky fans. If Kentucky is playing the sound is normally on that game. NFL wise Coach's is a Steeler's bar tons of Pittsburgh fans. Cans downtown is the alumni club spot.
