Birthmark. Although it was more prominent in pictures when he was at Purdue than his pro pics.

They had a story on about the Saints this morning and showed a press conference with Brees and the birthmark on his face was actually scabbed over. It looked like he got cut on top of the birthmark - it was pretty weird looking. Watch sportscenter tonight and you'll probably see what I am talking about
