I need a dress made for a rehearsal dinner as well as some alterations to a wedding gown (bustle mainly)

any recommendations for someone in/around raleigh that speaks english??

but the place in crabtree mall is one of the best
that and theres a little place just behing circuit city on creedmoor thats really good

kim's tailor and bridal in bentree. they speak mostly english, can do same day alterations to most things, and i took my wedding dress to them for everything i've needed so far. they've been great, and always very nice!
