I had windows media player 9 then just upgraded to windows media 11. All the old songs that I ripped from my cds on windows 9 wont play anymore on 11. I get the message "Windows media player encountered a problem while playing the file. For additional assistance, click web help." I did the webhelp but i couldnt get anything to work. helpp

i have a similar problem

i dont have a genuine copy of windows so i cant like download updates and shit...i'll eventually get windows media player 11
