^^ yeah, its a great gun, I just personally shoot better with its replacement and this isn't a great concealed weapon for someone with my frame. I've had this since 2003 and never had a jam / misfeed / failure to extract etc. 1/24/2007 8:33:17 PM |

I'm in no hurry to sell this gun, and thats lower than I'm willing to go, but I am willing to sell just the gun w/o everything else. 1/25/2007 9:07:30 AM |

this will prob be my next pistol purchase, but i don't want to spend the money on it right now unless you really want to get rid of it and sell it for substantially less than it's worth.
Sigs rule, though. 1/25/2007 11:14:43 AM |

FYI for thoese who dont know you can replace the barrel to shoot the .357 sig round and still use the same magazines. .40 ammo is cheaper though 1/26/2007 11:44:00 AM |

you could hold the money for someone while they obtain a permit
if they can't obtain the permit you keep a percentage of the money for the delay
that would be fair and encourage someone who may want it to actually get up off their ass and get a permit 1/26/2007 12:08:15 PM |

True, I'll hold the gun for the first person with the money w/o a permit. Since I live in Fayetteville, I'll only charge you extra $$ if I have to make a special trip to Raleigh to deliver it, but I'm up there most weekends anyway.
I'll be in town this weekend, so if anyone wants to look at it Sunday PM me for my phone # 1/26/2007 12:49:55 PM |

do gun permits expire if not used? also once u use a permit to purchase a gun....is there some renewal process or can you own it legally indefinitely 1/26/2007 12:55:01 PM |

There is technically no "pistol" permit, only a "pistol purchase" permit which is good for five years. Once you give it to the seller its served its purpose, once you own the gun, its yours.

Yup, most people know this, but for those who don't, you can use a Concealed Carry permit to purchase handguns without needing a permit for each individual pistol. 1/26/2007 1:50:00 PM |
