But they HELPED arrange it.

They don't have to make moral judgements or decisions, but they also sinned by helping him. If he wanted to do it, the hospice should have played no role in it.

At that point you're not sinning by helping them I dont think- you're letting him make his own decision. Otherwise you make the decision for him by NOT helping- and therefore telling him "nope, you cant do that".
