I haven't ever set up the voice mail for here at State but my girlfriend now needs to set hers up because an employer will contacting her in the near future. I searched the NCSU website to see how to do it but it doesn't help. It initially asks me for a password. Is there an initial password that you enter? Anyone know how to do this or is it too late in the semester to do so?

Yeah I just didn't know if anyone had done it that might know if we need to put in her unity id as the password or something. I just didn't want her to miss the call, it's important.

Yeah that's the one I was using and it says "Enter the initial password for the extension you choose" and I don't know what that might be. It won't let me go anywhere else.

I think the password you enter becomes your initial password.

No. An initial password card is handed out when you move in. It's a part of your move-in packet of materials. If you don't have that card now, you'll have to contact ComTech and ask for assistance directly.
