Once every one or two months. They never actually tell you, but you can figure it out if you look at the boards every now and then. Remember if the Bag of Crap comes up you got to buy three. Have fun. 1/30/2007 2:07:10 AM |

Once in a great while Woot offers the elusive Bag of Crap BOC. This is an assortment of random shit they have at the warehouse. It can range from kids toy guns to brand new PS3's. They cost a buck a pop, with a limit of three, plus Shipping and Handling. The servers crash when these pop up so your ass better be quick. During the three years of watching woot, I have missed more than I have gotten cause they all sell out within 10 minutes of coming up. Good luck. 1/30/2007 2:15:08 AM |

Of course not. That is the greatness of it. Its a gamble, but for 8 bucks it is worth it in my eyes. Three people have gotten Big screen flat panels for that price, so you never know. I would rather do this than a scratch off ticket, cause at least you know you will get something. 1/30/2007 2:31:42 AM |

yes, if you're lucky the Blinged Out Cabbage will appeare. woot uses these as stress tests for their server mostly but as mentioned before you have a 1 in eleventy bagillion chance of getting something nice. 1/30/2007 7:44:00 AM |

I've tried to get a Bushel of Carrots two minutes after it was posted and was not successful. These things sell out within one minute. 1/30/2007 1:22:58 PM |

The key is to have an account set up and logged in. And once it pops up you click Buy one, and the hard part is not clicking it 1 million times. Also knowing you security code on the back on the credit card by heart also saves time. But at the end its still a roll of the dice. To be honest it is more fun to read what other people get than actually getting yours. 1/30/2007 1:41:47 PM |
