belts havent been changed since I bought the car (60k+ miles)

new belts?

How much is it gonna cost me to replace them all? Is it something I can do? (I have the ability of a trained ape.)

yes, new belts

belts are pretty easy as long as you have room to work (i.e. insert tools). basically involves loosening and tightening bolts plus removing things to access said bolts

$10-20 per belt

do not touch the timing belt. leave it for a professional

Are there any junkyards around here that let you walk around (like a pull-a-part), I know some don't due to liability.

The lifters in my 3000GT start ticking 5 minutes after starting up. And it's always in the cold. I switched from 5W to 10W and it didn't help much.
