It isn't faced the wrong direction. I wrote front on it for when I was building it.

I didn't carpet it because I don't plan on keeping it, and I don't want to put my remaining carpet on it till I know what it is going to sell for.

This is about $150 in stuff that I threw in till my JL stuff is done. It takes time to do my JL stuff right.
This box took about an hour or two. I bought the sub used on a whim. I am using an amp that I bought off of TWW a year ago.

The 15'' sub now. I got a little over zealous with it. I had to cut the box open to get this out.

why that much bass? in a car like a golf it just shakes the whole thing and makes it sound like ass anyway

I got a friend with a 97 accord with a sub that will just about vibrate your brain around inside your skull, its impressive, but when he turns the volume or the bass up past a low level it just sounds like ass and gives you a headache/hurt your ear drums, makes no sense.

reminds me of this kid in high school that had 4 12's in a civic coupe. sony head unit and stock speakers. It was loud as fuck though, and thats what most of the sluts paid attention to anyway.

The point of a 15'' in my case was to be able to produce low notes, and a decent amount of bass from not a lot of power.
One 15'' is less than two 12'' subs. So everyone saying it is too much should just bite me.
