if u remember how he fought against swick, he fought a lot worse against joey villasenor last night, he just doesnt ook like he wants to fight

he did nothing for two rounds but get thrown around, spent most of the time cowering against strikes, then round three he tried to go for broke like he did swick and it just loooked horrible, joey bout KO his ass


he just looked real bad, like he just didnt feel like fighting...its sad
^Frank said that he has a fight lined up with phil baroni after the rnzo fight, but honestly i think Frank Shamrck is full of shit and I lost all the respect for him i gained from his fights back in the ufc


and its not the knees is the attitude and lack of respect for the modern MMA and anyone, everytime he opens his mouth its just derisive and i think the man is losing it
