There is currently a black/tan/white Schnauzer or terrier type dog hanging out outside in my boyfriend's yard near the corner of Chamberlain and Everett. It's been running around the area since Friday, so far I have bribed it to stay with cheese and a bowl of water for the past few hours.
If anyone knows whose dog this is, feel free to PM me or post here. (no phone in the house). 2/11/2007 11:38:44 AM |

take it to a vet and see if it's microchipped. If it is, it will be the quickest way of getting it back to it's family. 2/11/2007 8:03:42 PM |

Cheese, processed meats, and peanut butter are fine to give in small quantities, especially if you have nothing else to offer and want the dog to stick around. The vet always told us to use it to give pills. Don't give cats cheese though.
P.S. It's not like they tempted the dog with anti-freeze people. 2/12/2007 2:18:42 PM |

Christ. I am going to startcollecting, then shooting these dogs' owners.
There have been 4 loose dogs running through the yard just this weekend. Today we had a Golden Lab try to run into our house, albeit it was very friendly and happy.
Did anyone catch the Schnauzer? I think the Lab, the little brown dog, and the other one managed to get home or get picked up.
Next cute dog I find I'm keeping and taking to Durham with me. 2/12/2007 8:13:40 PM |

Has this dog got a big chunky collar around his neck? I've seen the same one three days in a row off of Chamberlain. 2/17/2007 6:03:15 PM |
