I hate this phone and the phone before it. They both "died" by the screen just blacking out on it.

I can talk on it and whatever, but no screen display (on both sides). The motorola i had before it had the same problem. Definately not buying another one.

Anyway, im not into the Razor and crap, so what is a good cingular phone to get?

i love my 555, never had any issues with it. if you have screen issues, one thing that worked for a roomate of mine was taking the battery and sim card out, and then putting them back in, and somehow the screen worked again...

I'd suggest the sony ericsson w810i
that or the samsung d807, depending on whether you like the camera/music more or the slider more.
