I think he/she needs to have their moderation privileges taken away...they've locked several threads that didn't look like needed to be locked. I, for one, enjoyed the story about the vasectomy guy... I'm at work and can't go to chitchat since there are usually alot of NSFW images, so anything that keeps the lounge alive should be kosher

if you can't figure out how to disable images while at work then you should probably stay off of tww all together anyways

I'm not pissed, but I think OmarBadu is an asshole, and I don't think assholes should be allowed to be moderators.

And this isnt just about browsing at work... That quick and easy recipe thread could have been a good idea....wtf was it locked? There were other recipe threads, but not quick and easy ones

thats the point, you could have put them in the other threads

I think assholes make the best mods. They're more likely to shit on everyone and approach a policy that is almost fair as opposed to the more laid back mods which, in the past, have been prone to obvious favoritism where they only shit on a few.

Either way, the bottom line is this: If you follow the rules and don't be an asshat, and the mods will not bother you.

And the whole point of making a thread is to get peoples attention. Noone's gonna notice someone asking for a recipe for something quick and easy if its in a thread that says "what did you cook for dinner"...because thats not what the thread was about.

For example, just the other day I posted a question about who was divorced in "Engaged, Married or betrothed" or whatever in Old School, and u know what? I didnt get any answers because that wasnt what the thread was about.

And I also never mentioned anything about reposting from chitchat to lounge or whatever. I'm just passing time here at work, so its not vital to go to chitchat or anything.
