does anyone have firsthand experience with travelling mexico via the busses. not the ones that suck but the nicer ones. im trying to plan a trip and we wanna get to the yucatan peninsula and travel through the country n stuff

yeah my parents took the bus from san deigo to tiawana, they said it was much easier and quicker then driving themselves

Well, if it's a legit tour company bus with non-local stops and all I'd expect you'd be okay, it'll still be an ungodly amount of time confined with stinky people though.

P.S. Don't count on local public transportation, in 2 1/2 world countries it's sketch at best when a bus will actually roll on by.
