11 is definitely a Banshee. Didn't realize it was ever in a movie. 17 - The Car. 1970 Lincoln Continental Mark III with a custom body by George Barris. 18 - Christine. 1957 (or is it 1958? I always forget...) Plymouth. Not sure whether it's a Belvedere or a Fury. 2/18/2007 5:11:15 PM |

Oh, and being nitpicky, #6 isn't an S-Type. It's either a MarkI or Mark II. (They're too similar for me to tell from a pic that size) Definitely the car that inspired the S-Type though.

alright, so has gotten:
#7 a show/movie for #11 (pontiac banshee) a movie for #15 a movie for #16
OK
#7 is from a british mystery show called inspector morse. it used to come on PBS and A&E right much, havent seen it in a couple years.
number 11 is an 88? pontiac banshee used in the knight rider 2000 show or tv movie or whatever it was. the new KITT.
15 is the valiant from DUEL. awesome movie, scared me a little as a kid and i still like to catch it if it comes on tv.
16 is from close encounters of the third kind, another good movie for cars. the jeeps arent major vehicles in the movie but the scene they are in, and the jumping the dunes in the desert are quite memorable. at least to me.
and if you havent seen THE CAR, you should. its pretty cool too, in the car horror genre with Duel and Trucks, and Christine and the like. 2/18/2007 7:36:10 PM |

almost forgot, #22 is a GTX, i like the body lines of them more than most mopars.
and #23 is indeed listed as a 450SEL, but i thought the car in the movie was a diesel. 2/18/2007 7:39:38 PM |
