There was an online CCG game called With Authority!. It went out of production a couple of years ago, after a few years of healthy growth, (Licensing form WWE became prohibitively expensive) but now there is a way to play again with access to all of the pages for free.

There are tournaments and belts and rankings, and it's all free.

If you are interested, the website is http://www.WAP2P.com. To play you need to download WAP2P and WA! from their downloads section, then register yourself. If anyone has any trouble or any questions feel free to send me a PM / IM, and I hope to see some Tdubbers on there.
