Trying to learn how to archive e-mail and I can't find my Local Settings file anywhere on my computer. I have tried Search and Explorer search. I run 2000 pro. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm guessing it's hidden. Open "My Computer" and go to your C: drive. Click at the top on Tools, Folder Options, and on the View tab. Scroll through the list and click "Show hidden files and folders."
The local settings folder should be here: C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings
