i'm getting an apt come the end of this semester, moving off campus.
someplace that will allow pets (snakes).

i'm a very easygoing eclectic eccentric sort of fellow. extremely fun, i do love my peace. easy to get along with if you're not an idiot or an asshole. I LOVE ROCK AND ROLL: classic rock, 60-70's music, soft rock..such. i'm good at cooking and making the place i live in a nice place to live.

currently looking for acceptable apt's (relatively near campus)

no pot, wild parties, or orgies. (why am i on tww?)

I've got one open here. I'm "generic" christian (no, really), appreciate keeping shit clean as well (though it's hard to do it when you're the only one doing it from time to time ), and I think this place will allow snakes. Honestly they won't bloody check anyway. <3 Some girls in the complex have dogs and I'm not sure that they're owners (they're too young to have bought it themselves at least.) Haha, though you can ask the ammons pittman renters if it's a problem (they have an e-mail contact on one of the links in that thread).

The lease here would last 1 year, start on July 15 (or so <_<, and it'd be $300/month per person for rent plus utilities (which I break down in the thread i linked to, about $125 per month at most, depending on season).

I also promise I am not a dick unless somebody tries to hide my insulin.
