is the worst piece of shit software ever...wanted to load up CS again, steam won't install...says steam.dll cannot be found...any advice?

^^ reason I know longer play Counterstrike. Why play if you're going to cheat. What does it prove? You aren't the better player, you have no skill.. I guess if you aren't the type that has any honor what so ever... eh... to each his own and all "good" players know cheaterstrike isn't for good players.

Oh yeah didn't mean to hijack your thread without a solutions. Uninstall Steam. MANUALLY delete the folder because the fucknuts who make it don't actually delete the files, reinstall it and make sure the ports that you need are open on your firewall.

I can't check since it's not on my computer anymore but I remember having to do that before it would work.

Downloaded steam with cs files...no go
took those .dlls and saved them to disk
deleted steam
downloaded steam by itself and moved those dlls to the folder
worked

its not so bad if you use like xfire or ase to join games so you dont even have to mess with steam except to close it
