doesnt really bother me but the only thing i ever use it for is to search for a movie or actor or director which is pretty easy

Yeah its awful....before I knew exactly where to look for what I wanted, now I have to scan for awhile until it pops out at me. Only thing I do like is the "movie connections" now show what the reference is rather than just the title of the movie/tv show....pretty sure they could incorporate that into the old version though.

I agree, but i dont want to get used to it, i don't understand why they thought they needed to change things up, i've wanted to make this thread for a few weeks, this shit has been pissing me off, but theres not much of any chance that it will change back, so i'll just have to get used to it.

It's horrible. I have to look at that shit all damn day and I fucking hate it.

The only improvement, from my point of view, is that they now have the aspect ratio on the main page...but they still don't show the distributor. Oy.

On a related note, has anybody been to the Best Buy at Crabtree? It's like the worst fucking layout of any store in the history of stores.

THESE COMPANIES SHOULD KNOW BETTER.

I run a movie theater. Every week I have to basically copy a bunch of info from IMDB to our own database for each film we're getting, and at various points throughout the week I need to check on random-ass stuff. Plus, I'm just a big movie nerd, so I look at that shit anyway.

i love the new(?) recommendation's system. You never know what you're gonna get. It's pretty obvious the recommendations are based mostly on title and keywords.
A couple days ago, a recommendation on the "Snakes on a Plane" page was "United 93".

yeah, the ones at the bottom of the screen, and the giant ones that pop up in the middle that take like 5 minutes to find the close button piss me off beyond fucking belief. today i had one where half the ad was seethru, i kept clicking on the search box behind it to try to type something in, took me a minute to figure out what was going on, i hate this shit
