Whats the easiest out there? I'm graduating in December. I don't care if I get an A or B, just want something that will leave me the most time for my courses that actually matter. If I could take it in the summer that'd be a plus too.

Since the class would involve a lot of reading, pick the class where you're most likely to enjoy the things you're going to have to read. If you're going to have to read stuff, it might as well be enjoyable to you. That way you're more likely to invest the effort required to get a good grade. In terms of difficulty, the classes are all about the same.

ENG-252 with Anderson. Ive put it off till the end too, so I know what you mean here. This class isnt that bad, and Anderson seems to grade pretty decently.
