Well glad your hearts in the right place.

Who knows maybe. I would lean towards yes, since da man views this site. WRAL will make it so.

My father used to get wasted during games at Reynolds back in the early-mid 70s.

They don't have the actual walk through metal detectors but they normally have the wands.

anybody who doesn't want to remember the game or know whats going on please don't show up. give your seat to somebody who actually wants to watch the game, root on the pack in a responsible manner and most of all remember the experience.

it's a game that actually means something being played in Reynolds . . . it should be fun enough on its own

I would hazard to say that a good bit of the fans don't know how to drink in moderation.

I'm actually starting to think the same person who uses Aristotle was hcnguyen... he used to get on his soapbox about how people aren't good fans if they drink at football games...

it's not the ones drinking, it's the ones falling down in the stands and have to have friends hold them up.

really? you think out of the 65k people at a football game, a good bit of them are wasted beyond being able to control themselves? what's a good bit? 5,000? 10,000? Because I think you grossly overestimate that number...hell, i can be drunk going into the game, still remember everything, not fall on anyone, and piss in the bathroom

maybe you should hazard that guess onto the student body - then i would maybe agree with you

yeah, I was referring to the student section. All you have to do is look at the hundreds or even thousands of beer cans littering the ground after the games and all the air plane bottles in the stands.

While I agree that sloppy drunks should never be allowed, you are very misinformed when it comes to our big donors, AKA the ones that built the facilities our players and coaches enjoy, a major reason O'brien is here today, who enjoy a few drinks at a sporting event. And since when did a flask automatically = "not remembering the game;" it's like 3 drinks. I don't bring in mini bottles or anything when I'm at events, but I've watched a game or two in a sports bar and can remember how many fouls each starter had the next day, which most people don't even pay attention to anyway unless someone gets 5. I guess I just don't mind seeing a flask. Now if someone is falling over, yea, throw them out.

What part of a plastic airplane bottle sets off a metal detector?

^ depending on the type of wand the lid can set it off (it is metal)

There are enough plastic airplane bottles with plastic caps that playing mix and match would not be that difficult.
