so i'm trying to decide between this 22" LG L226WT http://us.lge.com/products/model/detail/computer%20products_lcd%20monitors_wide%20screen_L226WT-BF.jhtml

and this Samsung 226BW

does anyone have either of these monitors? i'm gonna be using it for basic computer use like internet and writing papers and also as a tv for dvd/cable. i'im more concerned about the picture quality while watching tv or a movie. i dont play pc games so thats not an issue. any input would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

there probably won't be a huge difference between the two

Without researching either model, I'd say Samsung. Everyone I know or have read about who owns one is more than pleased. They have a great reputation for quality panels.
