I'm taking ENG 331 next semester and above each section in the course list it has
Yet, the first 5 sections have actual class times and buildings listed while the rest say arranged. Does that mean the first 5 actually aren't online, or what? Thanks!3/15/2007 10:20:04 AM |

Check out some of the current homepages that have ARRANG listed and you'll probably find the answers you are looking for: http://courses.ncsu.edu/eng331/
And what's sad to me ... I don't see a single "traditional" course offering with ENG331 in Fall 2007 ... all are online. Budget cuts suck 3/15/2007 4:01:20 PM |

This is one of the classes that has helped me out the most in the real world, its a shame that they would make it online only because all of the real knowledge is in the stories and examples shared by the teachers. 3/15/2007 6:06:50 PM |

i learned a lot in that class too, one of my favorites at state and my professor was awesome, i remember her talking about all the budget cuts and how she wouldnt have a job the next year... it made me but i think she was going to go back to working at IBM
I hope that the online sections provide video lecture bc like ^ said the teacher's stories and experiences really make the class 3/17/2007 7:03:42 PM |

I have to take this class for the fall semester and I've heard that its not that difficult but I still want an edge when it comes to any classes other than my major classes so I was wondering who was the best professor to take for this class. 5/11/2007 11:02:59 AM |

personally, i think its a class that could have its main points summed up in less than a weeks time
thats great if you want to pay $800 for a teacher who is going to tell you stories related to the class, but i'll pass and keep my money - too bad this class is required 5/11/2007 1:37:28 PM |

Basically in my class with Helo, it was 4 major writing assignments, 2 of them had powerpoint presentations (or in-person presentations), and a few scattered quizzes. Overall it wasn't hard at all, it was just a lot of work at times. 5/11/2007 2:16:45 PM |
