why is there an m logo on the steering wheel when it's clearly not an m car

the tail lights look good on this, unlike the tail lights on a stock model, which are

they have added more white (the upper outside portion is red on stock, which leaves only the tiny upper inside triangle to be white), and have also introduced some strips of orange.

bodykit is gorgeous.

same reason there are m's on some bmw wheels. the motorsport branch makes and brands the part and they are available upgrades to non m cars from the factory.
