Pay: Not positive on the range, Im just an engineer, not HR - I can have HR give you a call though.
Benefits: Full medical and dental paid
Hours: 8:30 - 5:30 M-F
Location: Cary, off Weston Parkway
Culture: The company is mostly young and athletic, we had a full sized basketball court put in not too long ago, gym downstairs, weekly football games, soccer games, etc. Weekly cookouts during the Spring / Summer every Friday for lunch. About 120 people in the company right now. Its a fun company to work for.

Send me your resume and I'll walk it up to HR myself (we desperately need people on my team)

The president competes in Ironman competitions, etc

If you've worked at any startups, you know what I mean.

Tried any of these yet:
Engineering Career Fair?
Coop Career Fair?
NCSU Career Center?
CSC/ECE Career Centers?
Student Organizations?

There are a LOT of resources out there. I'm guessing HR isn't your primary role, but it doesn't take maybe 15 minutes to establish a point of contact with each entity. Given the growth of the company, it would probably be extremely beneficial to build and maintain good relationships on a number of different levels. And brining in quality employees will be more than worth the tradeoff, both for you and for the company.
