Cannot get to it with a wrench. Had to borrow one of these last time.

i usually just use a prybar on those, they don't have much tension on them, and there isn't enough room to fit a regular pullbar or ratchet head in there

hmm

I dont think a prybar will even fit down there. It has very little space between the tensioner and the wheel well.
