Yea its factory, through the Scaglietta custom program they'll do the interior and/or exterior in just about any color you want......I've even seen neon blue on a yellow F355

I don't like the white accent tones on the interior, but the red is quite nice.

the only white that looks good is the piping around the seats.

white inserts in doors

white center console

white cutout around the dials

I sat in a dealer's one a few weeks ago.

The interior there looks the same as the one I sat in, except for color, which was a tan or beige or some color like that. Even has a radar detector on the floor built in by the factory.

"this interior trim just doesnt look right"

I agree. I know that Ferrari will build the car to each customers specifications but something about this seems to have aftermarket written all over it. It just doesn't have that gleam that a factory Ferrari interior has. I think it may a combination of the painted interior trim and the worn leather. But it's too difficult to determine real from fake from those pictures.

Here are some pictures of a more traditional 360 interior to compare....

I have seen those wheels on other 360's before

^those pictures are exactly the same as the first pics in the thread except for tan and silver instead of red and white. All the same pieces are silver that are white in the first pics. The only difference in the first is the piping accents on the seats. The first seats still have the logo embroidered in the head rest.

Someone may not have good tastes, but it still looks factory when compared to ^ (though it may not look as new.)

Ex-Steve McQueen Ferrari to be auctioned in Monterey

http://www.autoblog.com/2007/04/29/ex-steve-mcqueen-ferrari-to-be-auctioned-in-monterey/

Quote :
"The Lusso, or "Luxury" Ferrari was a derivative of the 250 GT platform that spawned the legendary GTO and SWB. With its long flowing lines, it is considered to be among the most elegant GT cars of all time.

Steve's personal Lusso was finished in a metallic brown that was allegedly custom-ordered for its understated good looks, and it became his daily driver for more than ten years. Since leaving McQueen's collection, it has has passed through several hands before landing with its current owner in 1997. Since then, it has undergone a 4,000-hour concours-quality restoration and is considered one of the finest Lussos in the world. The car has been shown regularly on the West Coast since then and is now about to cross the auction block. Christie's will be offering it at Monterey in August, and estimates predict a sale in the $800,000 to $1,000,000 range. "
