Show is tonight and I've had my ticket for a few weeks now. Read that Leithauser spent a night in jail earlier this week. Went to the 506 website to see if the schedule had any updates, didn't see anything about the show getting postponed.

Then I read on the site about the membership requirements. I've never been to a show here before, didn't realize it was a members only club. Is it true that I can't get in unless I apply for a membership three days in advance? I assume there is a way around this, otherwise I'm screwed. You'd think they would put an * on tickets where you need a membership when you buy them through a third party site like eTix.

Sigh.

It's a lifetime membership. If you live another fifty years, that comes out to .002 cents per day.

And it's North Carolina law. It's bullshit, but they don't have a choice.

True, but I doubt I'll be going there every day for 15 years. This is more of a one time cost. Still think it's bullshit regardless, they should roll that cost into the ticket price somehow.
