If its true I haven't heard about it. The rape charges were dropped a month or so ago because the girl said she couldn't remember if there was actually penetration. The sexual assault charges stuck and hold just as stiff of a penalty.

Of course I could of easily missed something within the last month saying that all charges were being dropped.
