Fuck that, lets do a Team Draft Lottery.

No lottery for the picks, since they are set, but a lottery for the teams.

well, it would take a bit of work (and two people for assurance), but you could make a random list of all of the 32 NFL teams, randomly assigned, 1-32. You pm me the list so I can verify, and everyone who is interested posts a number (1-32) and they are assigned a team.

They then have to make the draft pick for that team.

It would make it pretty interesting, and a little different.

use http://instructors.cwrl.utexas.edu/~martin/RandomList.php to randomize names and teams. enter both in order that people signed up to do it and the draft order, then let the randomizer to it's thing.

^trades will make it too complicated. I think we should stick to the trades that already been done by teams. For example, Falcons will be drafting at 8th overall, and Texans will draft at 10th.

I was thinking maybe a points system......

-correct pick

-correct position wrong pick (i.e. x team drafted a LB, you picked a different LB)

-correct side of the ball (i.e. O or D)

it'd only work if we went deep into the draft tho (each round, point values double), which is questionable in itself.
