i can't believe the dumbass left it in the parking lot with his wheel & tire attached. i also can't believe i had to read through 7 pages of mindless drivel to find that out

in summary:
1) kids car is booted
2) 7 pages of him acting like a dumbass & various commentary
3) he prys boot back enough to remove lug nuts
4) removes wheel, installs spare tire
5) he leaves boot, wheel & tire in the parking lot

we did that freshman year to my friends jeep, took all of 2 hours for the campus po-po to be knocking on his door, he ended up getting a disorderly conduct citation, and theft of state property which got dropped, cause he took the wheel and boot with him

yeah, someone pwnd him and sent an email to the campus police/security. some dude was waiting on him in one of his classes, lol. he still had to pay the fines, but supposedly they were cool about the whole removing the boot thing and even gave him a break on the total of his fines.
