Damn, a Grandee. Haven't seen one of those in a while. I'll vouch for it. Hot Springs are one of the top spas out there and have been for quite a while. My father is one of the biggest HS dealers so I grew up in and around them. Make sure you have some help when you get it. Dry weight is over 800lbs. and the motor side is MUCH heavier.
