Moyer is pitching v. the Mets. This season, he's 1-0 2.70 3K 2BB 1.35WHIP... not bad. But he's playing a high powered offense and his team sucks... so he prob won't pick up the W tonight.

BUT, I'm up 30 - 26 on IPs, up 4-1 on wins, 0-3 on losses, tied at 3 saves, up 20-18 on Ks, up 1.50 to 4.10 ERA and up 1.13 to 1.25 on WHIP...

Do I play Moyer?

Why not post this in the Fantasy Baseball thread?

That isn't a good play. The Mets killed him last year. Moyer is a good play against a young team like Florida but an experienced team like the Mets will wait for their pitch and destroy him. The only thing that playing him will accomplish is raising your innings pitched..

V Moyer won't K many people at all and you very well could lose WHIP because of him. It's only Thursday though so you should have 3 more days to raise your Ks and IP...

right, but I'm winning the W/L category and the ERA is pretty in hand too... So if I could raise Ks and IPs, it might work...
