So I started using Youmail (http://www.youmail.com) a few months ago and was pretty happy with their service. Some of their features include:

-unlimited voicemail
-personalized greetings for different callers
-ditchmail (hangs up on certain callers and does not allow them to leave a voicemail)

I just signed up for Callwave today (http://www.callwave.com). The only reason I did this was they have a Google Gadget for your personalized Google homepage. So far it is much more convenient.

Anyone have any experience with other services like this, or comments on either of these two companies?
