What are the negatives?

Any links, or articles to support would be helpful. I'm trying to evaluate one. Of course the site only tells you positives.

It's weird that your employer blocks access to google, but not TWW.

* you must have internet access to get to the application
* the speed of the general app is based on the server that is hosting the app, not your local machine (which could be considered a positive as well)
* if someone else is hosting it, you have to rely on someone else doing the backups
* if the server goes down, you can't just switch machines to run the application
