it helps a lot with interval training for running. Instead of having to use a stopwatch just use tracks

i meant power hour as in the drinking game. and ipowerhour would work except it just runs on the computer i'd rather have a cd.

real men substitute the beer with liquor, this might explain why I have never made it through a full hour however

"How do I burn a CD in iPowerHour?

1) Launch iPowerHour. If iTunes isn?t open already open iPowerHour will automatically launch it for you.
2) In iPowerHour select ?Create burnable playlist?? from the ?File? menu.
3) Select a playlist you would like to use from the list and press okay.
4) Burn a CD in iTunes as you typically would using your newly created powerhour (the power hour play list will have the same name as the source playlist except with iPH in front of it.) "
