Does it make a huge difference if it is online Hi 207 ?better or worse?????Thank you all for your suggestions!!!

Depends on how boring you think history lectures are.. cause if you think they are boring, the recorded ones are at least 5 times worse

^^ is right from what i hear. I majored in history, never got to take this class, but from all i hear it was by far the favorite. All histories are going to be equally boring, so instead of picking the "easiest one" pick the one that sounds most interesting TO YOU, then at least the material will be entertaining, no matter who you take you're going to have a paper and an essay test, at least 95% of the time, but its really not bad.

Hi 207 was fun. Alot of the ancient history classes at NCSU, Egypt, Greek, and Roman mythology and battles stuff, can make for fun summer classes.

modern american 2 - post civil war thru pres. great class. WWI, WWII, Vietnam, Korea, Cuban Missile Crisis, Space Race. Great class.

Hobbs was fun, but if you actually want to learn anything I'd stay away from his class. Ambaras for Asian history is good but not easy, also the guy that teaches the 400 level vietnam class (forgot his name!) is pretty good as well.Stay away from Khater.

I took Modern Middle East online, it was a very interesting and informative class and not too difficult. I took it over a summer session. Don't remember the number though.

these are all easy but i don't like writing papers. i took 233 with lavopa one semester and there were like no papers. whats a history class this summer with the least papers and how many papers does it have? i just dropped ps201 american government because it had 2 8 page papers in the five week class.

HI 208 with Dr. Riddle, the guy literally distributes the tests via email. 3 grades, 2 reg tests and a final, none of it cumulative. the lectures were rather dry but help quite a bit w/ the test stuff.
