who would you suggest is the better teacher? Reiland has a better grade distribution but i'm not trying to take a friday class but if you think that it would be worth it to take him or just go with dutton?

DUTTON...

allowed the class to have one sheet of paper in class during exams w/ all the formuals. (i think)

the TA for this class; the day before exam held a study session; and basically explained anything and everything that could possibly be on the exam.

if you can remotely understand math, any teacher should be fine for intro level stat.

reiland is also my advisor. he is a good guy, helps always with hw (has ask a teacher on webassign)...and webassigns count for a HUGE chunk of your grade in his class. Something like 3 Hw's make up 1 test essentially.

not hard class though, and not hard to get an A in his class.

Can't speak for Reiland but I really liked Dutton's online course. Not only does he let you have a formula sheet; he takes the time to make it for you. You can bring his sheet and write anything you want on the margins or back. I took it online; one of the best online courses ever because his website is soooo much clearer than the book.

Reiland was great. You have a notecard for the exam plus a formula sheet, and you don't ever HAVE to go, as long as you show up to the lab and do your worksheets you'll get an A
