call up james crouch's office here, get their reccomendation. that's who i used. i had a BIG ticket down there in the work zone, got me off no problem (though i paid like $400). i can't think if his name off hand.

i had a guy down there too... i can remember his name but he did right by me, a vl and a recall of a pjc were involved and it cost me half of what it would in wake co. this was 5-6 years ago though.
