british wiring my ass. i think the LR guys sat around the factory smoking pot and drinking warm beer thinking of ways to make simple shit 1000% more complicated than it needs to be. a good example is splitting the fasteners on the truck up 50/50 metric and standard.

it's a fucking trailer! you can do all that work on a car but a trailer harness pisses you off!

WHITE = GROUND
BROWN = RUNNING AND STOP LIGHTS
GREEN = RIGHT TURN
YELLOW = LEFT TURN

and i know you ain't got shit with brakes so don't worry about the 7-pin.
get a fucking test light and start splicing you pussy.
don't forget to add a heavy duty flasher.

i need to wire up the E30 for when i use my tire trailer. I need a box that supplies its own power to the trailer lights. simply needs to take my brake and turns signals as logical inputs and then provide a powered 4pin output to my trailer.

i went to lowes and autozone but they dont have what i need. any ideas?

wireless... just kidding check out RV suppliers, i know a client of mine that has a rv that tows his explorer and he had a lot of trouble getting the european/ameriance standards to work together. he had to buy a little box that translated it.

actually, the camper he has makes use of electric brakes and power for the 12v house system. unless someone has changed it from stock.
