I can explain that one since I was partially behind it.

About 5 years or so ago, there was a fake user named CandiApple that was shared by myself among a dozen or so users to bait the creepy e-stalkers.

One TWW'er in particular fell for it hook, line, and sinker - BRob82, and the back and forth pm's turned into him trying to cyber the mythical CandiApple.

He was outed, PMs were posted and that was probably the most comedic of them all, and pretty much every time he posted, that quote would follow. He's still sore about it.
