my hard drive apparently is fried, and no computer will read it, so is there a way to get my data off of it or is it completely worthless now?

I've seen in the $xxx-$x,xxx range also. Depends on how the drive failed and whatnot. Not a cheap solution to the problem though that I know of.

you can always try putting it in the freezer for awhile and then hooking it up. some people have been able to get drives to work again for a short time by doing this.
