Excellent stuff except the ripping on the crowds.

Every football stadium in America will have raunchy fans at one point in time, but hey, we have gotten wild in the past and we probably deserved it.

I didn't have the time to take those cake classes, wish I did though, GPA would have been higher. Also, never heard of Teddy's Pizza, where is it and is it as good as they make it out to be? They gave the RBC Center and CF Stadium props though!

I didn't really like the first paragraph....UNC and Dook using us as punching bags? um...when does Dook ever beat us on a consistent basis in anything outside of basketball and maybe some nonrevenue bullshit sport?

The volleyball team. If winning one ACC match a year was an accomplishment for this team, it would still fail every season. This year the Pack went 0-22 in the conference and 2-29 overall. In four of the past five seasons, the team hasn't earned an ACC win.

And the peeing in the stands was one of the worst and most public failures of our horrid and power-tripping event staff and security at games, but was by no means the only one.

We should take the peeing blurb and be happy no gunfire was mentioned, now that I think about it.

I think it was when the ushers weren't letting students, with tickets, back into their seat after halftime of a game. people (a few) heard what was going on and pissed in the stands instead of being forced to watch from up top.

Human sexuality was the absolute shit; what a great class, I had marcus melvin in there with me, on the day we listed other terms for sex on the board, his group had about 10 times the amount of any other group, funny as hell. STD day was a little rough though! Test wasn't super easy either, but class was fun!

There is a TWW'er in that picture

oh also for the people saying it was good for someone to give props or whatever, that was written by nick jeffreys which if you ever read the technician, you would have seen he is a writer for them...so it was a student writing it, not an outsider

"cum dumpster" was my favorite of his. Also, the fact he thought the divorce rate was somewhere over 90% was humorous as well. What a class.

Also, how could you not have mentioned the day we watched porn and the "prof"(how can I not remember his name..) rewound the tape to show the money shot in slow motion?????

" Best place to find an angry fan:

Whether it's because a player didn't put his pants on straight or he just couldn't beat a rival school, NC State fans will find a way to get angry. After five going to NCAA tournaments, most coaches would be loved. But Herb Sendek? Not so much. After 10 seasons, the even-tempered coach was run out of town. Sitting in the stands isn't too pleasant either -- be sure not to take a child under the age of 17, because it gets harsh. Through yelling out obscenities or peeing in the stands during a football game (yes, that happened), State fans will express their dissatisfaction with absolutely in any and every way."

^ I know right --> "After five going to NCAA tournaments..."

He probably went to Carolina's school of journalism with writing like that and then add the fact that he just got on his knees and tried to blow us in his article.

And as for peeing in the stands, I agree that this is pretty bad, but he could have at least tried to find out the circumstances surrounding the incident.

In my 4.5 years at State, I had never even heard of Teddy's. This is the first time I have ever heard of that place. Amore's was pretty good when it was open. I used to always grab a slice of New York White and something else when I went there. Why did they close anyway? I remember going in there at the beginning of the Fall semester and the guy said they were closed until some inspector came to approve their renovation (which looked pretty nice). Some other way more popular food joints around campus, that aren't pizza places, are Melvins', Jimmy John's, Charley's, Two Guys, and Amedeo's. In terms of bars, Jax isn't bad, but there are better/more well known ones that could have been mentioned. East Village, Playmaker's, Sammy's, and how can one forget Mitch's, which lives in film history as being the bar in Bull Durham where Tim Robbins' character meets his new catcher (Kevin Costner).

I could have easily written a better piece in 5 minutes, all without mentioning being the red-headed stepchild or demeaning the fanbase.

AWESOME! I am in that picture for the read on SI.com and someone posted it in here. Far right with a player hanging on me. I have the cookout camo hat on. That is from the Florida State Victory towards the end of the 2005 season that led us to eventually go to the charlotte bowl. AWESOME I am stoked!
