I made some pictures using powerpoint (I don't have all the great imaging software...nor the time at the moment to learn how to use it). I know I can select all the items on a page and right click "save as picture". I need to save the picture as a jpeg or tiff at 300dpi.

Trouble is, when I save, it does it in 150 dpi. Any suggestions on how to make powerpoint save it as an image with higher resolution?
